Below are the terms for our liquidation auctions! By registering and participating in this auction, you, buyer, agrees to the following terms and conditions as well as any changes announced at the auction.  In order to bid thru bidspotter you must register online and provide a valid driver’s license or other acceptable form of photo identification as well as a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover). Your card will be charged the amount of $250; if you don't purchase the charge will be void.  In addition a minimum 30% deposit will be charged on your purchases during the auction. You will NOT be allowed to continue bidding if we can't charge additional deposits. Payment is due in full auction day; your credit card will be charged the balance upon conclusion of auction. A 10 % for on sight bidders and a 15% for internet bidders buyer’s premium will be added to bid price plus sales tax (8.25% L.A. County). If purchasing for resale you need to provide us with copy of resale permit prior to auction day. All items must be paid for in full prior to removal.  Removal upon conclusion of auction and during the following work day or as announced by auctioneer. Removal is the buyer’s responsibility. Items not picked up by due time will be deemed abandoned & your deposits will be forfeited.  The Auctioneer reserves the right to take sealed bids/phone bids, accept bids in any increment to the best interest of Sellers, and to reject the bidding from anyone whose conduct or actions are not in the best interest of Sellers. The Auctioneer and Sellers reserve the right to add or delete merchandise without prior notice. This catalog is prepared as a guide and we do not warrant the accuracy, description, age, count, etc. of any of the lots specified.  Neither seller nor K. E. Auction Service are, or will be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise.  Everything is sold AS IS WHERE IS and all sales are FINAL.  Please inspect before bidding. Buyer acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by Bidder or his agent, and further agrees to hold Auctioneers and Seller harmless from any and all damages, claims, liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or during the removal of items purchased or afterwards, during the use of any of the purchased items. Buyer should do his/her own independent research prior to purchasing and buyer agrees that buyer is purchasing as is and any repairs/upgrades needed on these products are the sole responsibility of buyer. No returns will be accepted, no monetary credits will be given and buyer won't contest any credit card charges. K. E. Auction Service will only provide auction invoice. Absentee bids and webcast/live internet bidding are provided as a service to bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against seller, K. E. Auction Service, or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction.  By participating at the auction, bidder warrants that bidder has the ability, capacity and authority to enter into an agreement to purchase the item and by being the successful bidder has entered into an irrevocable offer to purchase for the full amount of the bid plus buyers premium and sales tax. If any item is withdrawn from the auction after bidding has completed, the purchaser’s sole remedy shall be the refund of any purchase price actually paid. These Terms and Conditions, and all questions with respect to the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws provisions. All bidders expressly consent to personal and exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of the State of California located in Los Angeles County. Buyer agrees to pay all of Auction Co.’s attorneys fees arising from any claims to this agreement (regardless if there was a breach or not), and for any other actions disputing this contract. Everything is being sold as is where is without any guarantee. Buyer’s premium + sales tax will be added to all sales. Thank you for participating. Verbal rules given by Auctioneer at each facility, may add to or change the following: SECURITY NOTE: Buyers must have current, valid, photo I.D. (CA Driver License) if requested by Site Manager or Auctioneer to enter site. BUYERS MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO BID. METHOD OF PAYMENT: CASH ONLY! NO CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS. NEW BUYERS: DUE IMMEDIATELY UPON FINAL BID. FULL PAYMENT of bid... SALES TAX... SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $50.00, or $100.00 OR MORE. (under 10x10 - $50.00, 10x10 or larger - $100.00 or more) If you do not have the total amount for payment of the unit, you can not leave the facility grounds to obtain more money. Your bid will be voided, you will forfeit the unit, and it will be re-sold by the Auctioneer. NO EXCPETIONS! DEPOSITS: Are refundable only if units are cleaned out thoroughly and within allotted time. (Generally 24 hours) If not, buyer forfeits deposit and will not be accepted at any auctions in the future. SALES TAX: Applicable unless buyer shows clerk the original and gives clerk a copy of California State Board of Equalization seller's permit, prior to payment. UNITS AUCTIONED ONE AT A TIME: Prospective buyers please view from doorway only. DO NOT GO INSIDE, OPEN BOXES OR TOUCH ITEMS. Please then move completely out of the way so the next person can view. YOU ARE BIDDING ON THE ENTIRE UNIT: All units sold "AS IS", "WHERE IS", "IN PLACE", and "WITH FAULTS", (NO EXCEPTIONS). ALL SALES FINAL AND ABSOLUTE! WINNING BIDDER: On each unit, the buyer must immediately verify their final bid, by signing a Confirmation of Sales slip, and supply current phone number and mailing address. No items can be removed until end of auction. Everything in unit must be removed from site premises. NO USE OF SITE DUMPSTERS! You must have your own locks to protect your purchase. Few sites will overlock. BUYERS: Must remove the entire unit contents and leave nothing behind at the site. (broom sweeping is appreciated) Most sites allow 24 hours for removal of purchased units. Please stop by and tell the site office on your last trip that the unit is clear. You are completely responsible for unit removal, not matter if you re-sell or sell back to the tenant. AUCTIONEER: Will note if the site requests tenants personal papers and photo albums. AUCTIONEER: Reserves the right to refuse (not accept) any bid from any person who is disruptive, or has caused a problem for other facilities or at any prior auction. Per "California Commercial Code" 2328, Paragraph (2), Auctioneer's decision is final in the event of disputed bids on bid closing! LIABILITY: You are responsible for your own safety and those with you at all times while attending each auction. CHILDREN: Must be kept in hand at all times and not allowed to go near units or become a hindrance to other buyers. NO ANIMALS. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. NO SMOKING. Unless otherwise noted, the facility management or owner may reserve the right to bid. If you do not have a resale certificate you will be charged sales tax. Always carry a copy of your resale certificate! If you have one, we have to have a copy with every transaction, or you will be charged sales tax. Thank you. Please call the site one day prior to the auction or the day of the sale before driving out, to find out if the auction is still on and how many rooms are left. It is sometimes necessary to make changes to the auction schedule. Please call the facility before driving out to confirm the auction has not been cancelled or postponed.

Public Auctions Seller agreement! Any seller of goods, merchandise, or property sold at public auction on any date and location agree, excepts all responsibility for providing merchantable title and release the auctioneer, auction service, or auction service employee of all responsibility of the sale of goods, merchandise, and/or property sold at any auction. The seller shall provide title and legal release of all goods, merchandise, and/or property, and provide insurance for said property location!	Tammy says, come on out!!
